SUMMARY:Closing Concert: The Magical world of Lieder
DESCRIPTION:A recital dedicated to the Magical World of Lieder will close this year’s Weeks of the German Language\, on November 26th at Rialto Theatre in Limassol. \nThe recital is an on-stage musical collaboration between Cypriot sopranos Chryso Makariou and Mariza Anastasiadiou who have proven through their performances\, their love and devotion to the delicate but also contemplative world of the scholarly song\, the Lied. \nTogether with pianist Ζbynek Maruska\, they share with the audience the great compositions of Brahms\, Schubert and Strauß and poetry by J.W. von Goethe\, H. Heine. H.
